Monday night training is BACK!

Red Men Hard and Wiry,

Monday night training is BACK!

If you aspire to play in 1st grade, 2nd grade or even 3rd grade, if you're a Coltie who wants to test his mettle, if you want to get super fit, if you have #######* and if you desire to maim the opposition, you MUST come to training on Monday nights.

It will be at Rushcutters Bay Park, starting this

Monday February 11th at 6:00pm SHARP.

Cheers,

AB

p.s. if you are debating about whether to come to Monday night training, imagine this.

It is grand final day and The Reddies are up by 4 points with 1 minute to go before full time.

A 100kg, fast, fit and strong #######* running full pelt at you. You're at fullback and the only thing between the #########* and a match winning try. The difference between being humiliated when he runs over the top of you and wins the game and you SMASHING THE ############* OUT OF THE #######* is whether or not you come to Monday night training. Glory or humiliation? Monday night training or not?

(* Slightly de-Brenno'd by JB.....)

And a note from Jonathon Walsh
Players in Bondi 10s session - please join the main training group when you finish!!

Thanks
